Steps of the process

Development

First, your desired product is analysed in terms of requirements, material selection, stability, service life and resistance to external influences. This is followed by the design process, right through to rapid prototyping.

Tool design

The injection moulding tools required for production are designed in-house. This also includes extensive simulations to rule out potential problems in advance.

Sourcing

We also provide our customers with our own purchasing department, which has experience in international sourcing. Your advantage is access to a purchasing network for additional parts that we need to complete the manufacture of your product.

Automation

Automation is an important part of production. If required, we can offer you special solutions for the efficient manufacture and assembly of your products.

Contract assembly

Our strength lies in offering a complete service, from planning to packaging your product. This naturally also includes assembling your product or adding further components to it.

Packaging
